This Asian lady sat next to me while chatting with friends. I had seen her before dangling very dramatically, and since she was wearing the same shoes this time, I figured she would be doing the same thing. Enter this video, she does constant dangling in her orange flat sandals, dipping, and even shoe dropping. At points during the clip, you can hear the noise of her sandals slap on the ground and table. Definitely a good catch!
