- What if I am unable to download the video I have purchased? – If you have purchased a video but are having difficulties downloading, or have any other problems / questions, please let me know by contacting me at Clipcollector2022@gmail.com I can send you the video through email.
- How long does it take for you to answer you emails? – I check my emails multiple times a day. You can expect a response from between 1-3 business days
- Are there any refunds? – No, every purchase is final.
- Are there other ways to view your videos? – So far there are just this website, and our YouTube Channel ; In the future there may be other ways such as Patreon, but no plans on that just yet.
